Why american food way tastier than indian food

I don’t think it’s that American food is “tastier,” it’s just built to hit easy pleasure buttons. More fat, sugar, salt, and simple flavors your brain reacts to fast. Indian food has way more spice layers and balance, but if you didn’t grow up with it, it can feel heavy or confusing. I used to lean hard into burgers and fries, then started mixing things up after reading meal prep threads like https://www.reddit.com/r/mealprep/comments/1p5evjd/today_i_found_out_frive_has_a_hygiene_rating_of_1/.

We got cheated all these days from our ancestors!!

Bagels tastier greater than idli vada

Omelets & pancakes mundu dosa nothing

We eating those junk carbos since child hood that's why we feel idli dosa vada etc better than American food !!

And it's cheaper too !!

All Indians in India we need to educate them.what to eat for bf and lunch !!

Salads are tastier than rice and dal.

There is a fundamental difference between carbs and fermented foods like idli and dosa.

"Carbs are sugars and starches; fermented carbs are those same carbohydrates that have been partially digested by microbes, converting them into acids and other compounds, which reduces their sugar content, lowers their glycemic impact, increases nutrient bioavailability, and adds probiotics, making fermented foods generally healthier and easier to digest than their non-fermented counterparts"

Also, nowadays people have bee adding millets, carrots and beetroot to dosa and idli batter.

Regarding Eggs.....even ancient humans have been having them. You can't associate them to one country.

USA food  especially like the flour and wheat are not non GMO. Be very careful.

Vomerica invented a magical recipe in order to get rid of their glut of corn production. Its called high fructose corn syrup used in almost all if not every processed food....banned in most European countries and Canada.

Cane sugar and High fructose Corn Syrup have mostly same amount of calories. and the glucose and fructose levels are quite close. So both of them effect in the same way on your body. The problem only occurs when large amount of either of these are consumed. Ultra Processed Food manufacturers in America prefer HFCS because they are cheaper.  i think European countries didnt ban HFC's, neither did Canada.
