May be US had advantage because they had better research and technology on Ultra processed food. India is picking up in this category and its a serious concern. Quote

So chances are Idli and dosa having that bacteria is almost zero. Idli and Dosa have very small amount of bcomplex vitamins which are not significant, even croissants also have some type of bcomplex vitamins and they are not significant. Idli and dosa cannot be ur primary source for bcomplex vitamins. Quote
