If you’re married and in a community property state, Community Property with Right of Survivorship is often the best choice because it combines ease of transfer (no probate) with potential tax advantages. If you’re not married or want flexibility for non-spousal co-owners, Joint Tenants works well. If you need control over who inherits your share, go with Community Property and pair it with a will or trust.
