Big living room vs loft ?

looking to decide between 

1. Bigger living room area but no loft in second floor

2. smaller living room but big loft in second floor

no family room..primary  bed rooms in second floor

CONS having Primary Bed room and LOFT both in 2nd floor - Loft primarily used for play ground for small kids or entertainment place possibly billiard board, Big screen (if dont have a separate home theater room). etc... it can get noisy if primary bed room is next to your loft..

Second floor aithey Loft is better.  Kids ki play date ki and hangout ki use avuthundhi.   Living room area ground floor lo preferable. Again its your choice...you make the decision as per your requirement

Depends on where you spend most of your time. 

I would go for a bigger loft.
