My cousin brother is getting married

F24, My cousin brother is getting married-it's an arranged marriage. The bride-to-be is someone I knew from college, though we lost touch after graduation.
Back in college, she was caught multiple times sneaking boys into her hostel room and was even suspended for it a few times.

She also used to buy i-pills frequently, and I even accompanied her to medical shops for them on occasion.
I tried dropping hints to my cousin, but he keeps brushing me off, insisting that she does pooja, keeps "wrat," and never had a boyfriend-basically, the whole virtuous act.
Should I just let it go and let them get married, or is there something I should do?
