The problem is in the new org still u have tonprove urself and also there will be established veterans who wont make ur life easier. Naaku telisnodu okkadu he was always super busy with always looking for safer zones in company by moving across teams which has high probability of survival. It worked for sometime but later new leadership came and wiped out their entire org in layoffs . So nee timing and luck will matter. 2 Quote
