mortgage rates lenders

guys i have a home closing in 3 weeks. 

I only shopped my mortageg from one lender.

 

NOw I want to shop around atleast one or two for a better bargain.. have you heard of american mortgage lender ?

last week my lender bank told me 6.6 for 30 years fixed .. and 27 k closing costs

What the heck is that closing cost ? Primary or investment.. Primary aithe too much pindutundu ne dagara.. three weeks is less time in general to approach a new lender but you can try.

Rates are still high.. max you can get probably 6.4 low but it’s still tough and depends on many factors like how much down and dti ratio

You should lock it pretty soon. Most lenders need that atleast 2 weeks before to meet the closing date. your title commitment, final cash to close all depends on the rate lock. 27k is too much. New construction aithe, always go with builder's lender. Thy will provide most credits for closing and also match other lender's rate. Just take a LE, thy wont match with just a word of mouth or other lender's worksheet.

I did mortgage with these guys they gave good rate compared to the other people, i have shopped around but nobody was able to beat there rate. They charge 395 something for the loan orgination fees that is the fees they collect from you. Try local credit union but not sure if they can close in 25 days.

12k taxes..around 0.75% is city tax

Yes new construction. Builder didn't give any options .. he even collected 500$ penalty for asking a question lol ..very tough market to be a buyer
