Just received email from vendor said as per 2024  contractor labour contract rwporting he needs information like  remote job or onsite, work address job title ethnicity and all. Never received this email before.

yes, specially people on visas... atleast 2 days per week office poyyina it may help in some way to secure your positions.

It’s doesn’t matter, if they want to send home irrespective of your work and behaviour. Home is home.

there is very less chance for loyalty.

its works only if you going office 4 days instead 3 days.

Anna good post but mass layoff ayithe they don’t ask or take opinion from managers 

it’s last in first out 

or last year hike or performance based

job pottadhi emo ani bhayam tho manager dhi lick cheya kandi be in your comfort zone if they ask to work round the clock say  no if they ask you to join the call every time ask 5 minutes or give me some time I am in middle of something
