Indira Gandhi ni initial ga chala ibbandi pettaaru.. she was called a mute doll bcoz she was played around by the senior congress leaders.. she is known more in the news for the last 4-5 years as PM.. but the initial 11 years were a very interesting period.. 

we are living in a relatively peaceful and prosperous period in the country.. first 50 years lo too many conflicts, insurgencies like naga, mizo, naxals, Tamil Tigers, etc etc etc..

True. Back in the day we have had so many wars such as China, Pakistan war …political murders of shastri ji, Indira and Rajiv. Currently We are in a very peaceful era for sure. I agree with you.
