AWS Ubuntu Not connecting

Any one faced the same issue

going through training class

AWS lo Ubuntu instance create chesa, using ssh tool its not connecting, where as linux instance can connect with same security key and other details

Check if ssh port is open on firewall

ports are open, im using the same with amazon linux

It seems you might be using the wrong username to connect.
For an Ubuntu instance running on AWS, you should use:
ssh -i key.pem ubuntu@<public-ip>

it should be ec2-user right?
