We are talking about top guys king pin levels. Undivided Uttarpradesh with Uttarakahnd was the largest state in India by area. Similarly Bihar before creation of Chattisgarh was also a very large state. These still are large states. Most of mining is present in these states. The magnitude of Corruption is unfathomable to Telugus. Dozens of IAS officers get routinely suspended in these states routinely. This is almost unheard in Andhra or Telangana.

Not really. Scope of corruption in UP, Bihar and Bengal is significantly higher than any other region. Corruption is institutionalized and is wide spread, everyone in the system gets their rightful share. Government revenues, Mineral wealth, OBC and SC/ST funds, Railway spending, etc and a very small percentage actually reaches to the beneficiaries  and majority ends up in politicians and babu’s pockets.

Noone looted more than CBN along with his extensive network of benamis like murali mohan ,multiple media personalities who are benamis of benamis etc.. everything leads upto CBN tho.

Ntr made policies for his popularity among masses ,most of his policies aren't even commercially viable for his own partymen.

CBN exists only to enrich his broker network .CBN doesn't identify with any caste,he is a pakka broker ,he will only support kammas as long as they help the party in return.

Even today TDP cadre is from NTR's time ,CBN has severely weakened TDP among masses cause of his shameless broker politics.
