For a normal mid level software employee or even family can afford an apartment near financial district, gachibowli nearby areas? 
 

small/medium apartments 3-5+ crores anta. EMI lu ela kadutunnaru ra. I imagine salaries antha levu anukunta? US lo la schools kuda free kaadu, lakhs samarpinchukovali fees and other things 
 

Friend telling villas in prime areas have asking price of 10crores plus (5+ year used homes) .. NRIs ea beggars la untaremo future lo Hyderabad growth chustunte

Around 1 cr plus but if you go gated comm then obviously it is going to cost you. Live on land, not in dreams

Financial district lo ne vundali ante daniki tagattu level kuda vundali kada..

Ledu ante Narsingi la velthe 1 cr ki manchi apartment vastadi…

That's all debt induced growth. What happens when State exchequer is pushed into a debt of 5,00,000 Cr+. This is more of class structure reinforcement. It's never meant to accommodate middle class. If you're an NRI middle class you will likely stay the same.

Hyd ante Kokapet kadhu, even in Kokapet there are less priced apartments depend on builders. If you know hyd market and places suggest don’t just write something for your batch.

 There are many places in financial district where anyone can find in sensible price. Anyone have to take time and go around see and observe communities and commute options. Water especially.

if you do online searches and think hyd is costly no one can help
