aryan created a caste system, Indo aryan caste system in india was characterized as 5 division. later as the things and world started evolving the last time the caste system modified was under kirishnadevaraya and kakatiya new designation were into existance (people where designated to those roles/caste based on doshas types... like ploto divide society into 3 class in his period... )... after that lot of generations passed, it was untouched or remodified, they started using their designation to their name and its blindly continuing...

politicians & preists are looking for followers  they are on one point/agreement because only in this way they become someone. they divide their territories like politician is  mundane/boring and priest is spritual, between these territories they make humanity slaves... they are happy destroying the freedom of all. and winning their ego.

Caste system is intact…over the centuries, some not ao good things have creeped into the system and making it move away the main purpose it was intended for..

For modern society, we should look upto Caste as a vocational and training college. Castes have trained generations in various trades which has hoed maintain an equilibrium in trade and need. Unfortunately, no one wants to perform traditional trades because of options available, leading to unemployment and job unreadiness. 

Caste corporations, should take this seriously. Training in skills for you g generation especially castes which have been involved in trades. This could strike the balance between demand and shortage of trades and could partly solve India’s employment challenges.

Socialist era and communists have projected the caste system as a demon, every system has flaws and we need to over the flaws, Instead the socialists have projected an entire system as demon..

Caste system, an hierarchy of society structure which was based on trades, when people were identified based on their skills and trades as groups…
