He came to the USA in 2015 to do Masters and worked for Oracle... how is he able to play for USA Cricket Team and get drafted for IPL even though he didn't get picked this year.

He was on h1 when he played World Cup… I don’t think he is citizen yet…

Now he filed GC on EB1 but got RFE
