Tariffs will come for sure. Leniency is sector specific and where other surplus countries agree to cut down their tariffs/import duties.

Earlier it's only final assembly plant most of the time. Bulk to retail bottling and intermediate to finished product manufacturing. 

Recent times lo from an year or so ground up start to end finished product manufacturing ni scale up chesthunnaru. Tariffs meedha kastha atu ina supply chain disruption kakunda undadam kosam.
