while h4 applied to h1 regular application (for 2026 cap) in process 

can

1) h4 travel while the application in process and come back on h4?

2) what if h1 approved, can comeback on h4 (before October) and start h1 from October 1st automatically?

what are the cases

If petition is not change of status then travel on h4 and comeback. If change of status filed then challenge for approval with i94

Check with attorney 

as above said if your change of status filed then you need to get stamp

H1 approval vachakka india lo visa appointment teesuko.

If you applied with change of status then upgrade it to premium and get it approved before she leaves to India. If she go to India after approval, she can come back on H4 anytime before October 1st. From October 1st she will be on H1 automatically

Change of status is applied with application 

so  1) while in application in process- need to go again for ech4 stamping (even though have a valid stamping)?

2) if it’s approved, then can comeback on ech4 and automatically convert to ech1?

3) when would be case for ech1 stamping?

Appiontment for ech1 ha bro? If so it’s from oct 1st right? On what status they can come before oct 1st?

1. If she already has H4 stamping then no need to go for H4 stamping again. If she doesn’t have H4 stamping I am not sure how does it work

2. if it’s approved before she leaves then yes

3. If she leaves after oct 1st then need H1 stamping
