Taking into account OBB of ₹1,18,629 crore at the end of March 2023, total
outstanding liabilities of the State would work out to ₹4,68,166 crore (₹3,49,537 crore
+ ₹1,18,629 crore). The ratio Total Outstanding Liabilities to GSDP would be
35.64 per cent37 (₹4,68,166 crore on GSDP of ₹13,13,391 crore) which is far above the
target prescribed by XV FC (29.70 per cent) including Off-Budget Borrowings.

End of March 2023 ki state govt CAG ki icchina lekkalu prakaram  ₹4,68,166 crore; this figure didn't include the pending contract bills etc. And after March chala theesukunnaru, next CAG report lo avi kooda vasthayi. Basic gaa migulu budget unna Telangana ni 6 lakh crore appu petti vellindu. Meeru agree ayina lekunna, the numbers don't lie.
