What you said is somewhat true,Actually the Govt has no money for freebies because of the debts and people are upset with congress

Listen to Revanth speech. Assembly lo nenu Revanth ni nammanu ante nenem cheyyalenu. Either you need to look at the CAG figures until 2023 and wait for new report to be published in CAG website or just believe what you wanted about off-budget borrowings. No point in explaining 1000th time. It doesn't go anywhere.
