Pretty sure you are right. It will hit HYD badly. Recession worldwide is expected. Stock markets doomed and NRIs not sending money to india. It will dry up the RE market. A lot of good deals will follow.

It might occur in hyderbad. I remember in 1996..over water consumption left city dry along with dry season. 

That suddenly left soil moving under .. 

So 4.4 earthquakes might get common

Yes India sits on its own plate only eastern borders and northern borders of india have high probability but we never know
