Still it’s a rig. He can easily say he can’t slow down that fast with weight. He didn’t make an attempt but at 77 if he tries to hard brake that might pull the trailer to side and crash him. The black pickup is at fault. The rig didn’t race or speed up. He stayed at his speed but black pickup pushed to merge. 1 Quote

It was also speeding to overtake the truck on right. Black truck must "yield" Quote
