Konebhar6 Posted March 31 Report Posted March 31 2 Kids for peace of mind .. You are putting more effort to raise them though .. But once they grow up they have each other (though these days ppl settle in diff places) and you have options. Single kid - Easy to raise. Can easily be spoilt with garabam. Make sure they have bond with cousins. 1 Quote

krishnaaa Posted April 1 Report Posted April 1 3 hours ago, ramabeer said: Pros and Cons plsss God has given many options. If Single kid was the wrong choice, we would have had 2 kids directly the first time. It all depends on our personal situation. Single kids are smarter and academically more successful that those who have siblings. Single kids are closer to their parents. In this IT age and away from home which is our situation, single kids parents tend to be healthier and have comparatively less health issues compared to parents with 2 kids or more. When there are 2 kids, first born would be giver and the second would be taker. Sometimes , this would be a burden. Single kids tend to have more friends and give more importance to them.. They also tend to maintain long lasting friendships. Dual kids with same gender with 2 years or less gap are the worst in this department. Single kids tend to marry early and settle down as they bolder and have greater yearn for companionship. That being said, try to go for second kid if the single child is very introverted and doesn't mingle with other kids. Second child is also better if you settle down in a neighborhood that has less Indians. Quote
