I feel 10cr cash tho malli house, car etc min setup ki spend cheyyali ante koncham tight avvochu.

Rather if u already have paid off house/apt in good area + car, then ah 10cr motham investments + fixed deposits aithe may be decent ga life spend cheyyochu.

I wouldn't call it waste. Traditionally rich always meant land and gold. Land is going to be one more unaffordable thing with time. Generation who are in their 20s in India can't buy anything on their own if they don't inherit.

It means they will either have to buy a mortgage just like a avg. Office going bloke in the US and keep paying for it for 20-25 years. That will entrench you and your lineage for generations to come.

Hard part is maintaining the rental people.

both are correct... kani without generating monthly income, you will end up working 9-5 job again. 

But long term lo it will give u good returns if u sell that land. Kani current times lo aithe malli job ey option.

go for basic govt jobs
