Was planning to invest in a property in BLR, they said they will build it in 2.5cr for PG rentals and will get rental income close to 1.5L. One friend invested in it, dont know if he got the income or not. I have a friend in Hyd who has PG rental place where he gets over 6% per year. Again, both of them are couple of years ago. Quote
