This is current situation. People who arrive now won’t be looking for jobs for another two years. Situation might change by then. This is a gamble.

Lot of H1Bs think they are safe. But there is no guarantee for anyone anymore. Atleast F1 people are mostly unmarried and young. They can risk it. H1b ankuls are risking both family and professional lives by struggling here. Yet none of them admit the core reality.

asalu F1 ki jobs ippude jobs levu after 2 years anta...now a days no company is welcoming freshers and the Visa sponsor ships are stopped by many companies.

We have few opening at entry level and other, but company is hiring only citizens, so the future is uncertain expect for GC and citizens

I agree...F1 lo unnolla thought process:  H1 pick avvakapoyina piccha lite, mana MS fees recover cheskunnama India lo manchi job kottama, then it's still a victory..

But already on H1 with potta, batta and kids : totally different story...house loans, car loans, pellam 10gudu, society and family expectations

After 1.5 decade of being in USA, I can say this. Fear mongering is not new anna. People have witnessed dotcom bubble, recession, Trump 1st term and Covid. Everything will last for a season. Then economy will bounce back.

Have to context switch work on multiple things at a time. On top of that do side projects, review code that you do not even know exists (actively seek and insert yourself as reviewer), write detailed tech documents (white papers) that will discuss how to improve architecture of product in future and present it.
