We've got multiple reports today that they are now terminating SEVIS for criminal record checks. This seems to be a new thing they're doing.

You'll need an immigration lawyer.

Unfortunately, I doubt they will let you reinstate SEVIS, so you may have to depart while your lawyer fights the case and hopefully gets your SEVIS reinstated so you can travel back to the US on a new I-20.

I think DUI's. Recent ga almost all DUI's were getting visa cancel notice but they could continue to stay/work in US with underlying status. I am guessing this is new tactic to completely send them away.
