To get more profits, US Companies outsourcing IT/L1/L2 to offshore companies reducing direct consultants and FTEs.
 

WITCH agree to a 3 or 5 yr contract with reducing yearly payment to them. 
WITCH has all control once contract is signed. Including rates.
 

They rebadge consultants/FTEs initially but it’s in their best interest to move that work to their FTEs from India who are happy with low salaries.

keep client manager informed about your status, witch langas are known the screw up C2C for getting their project less FT's into projects where C2C was used

there is nothing you can do in such cases, working with witches on C2C is like running a car with spare tire, you dont know when it will fall off

Accept lower salaries. Onsite positions will be reduced as part of their agreement. Everything based on salaries and their importance to company and roles. Easy roles will be transitioned to offshore.
