the defacto ruling in favor of Waqf is revoked with this bill.

1973 lo Indira govt mandated all pending land disputes between Waqf and even state govts to settle and handover the land to waqf boards irrespective of court ruling.

ala chala states huge land banks waqf board ki within weeks lo icheyalsi vachindi...chala tribal lands mingesaru in remote districts in UP, Bihar south lo kuda mainly Telangana and AP lo..

until this bill, that rule was still intact which was working in favor of WAQF...vallu vachi kabja cheste...its opposition party to prove their ownership..even state govt were not able to handle this..

Parliament building kuda waqf di ante...court lo telchukovalsina parisititi vachedi... @Anta Assamey

also other features of the bill were...

donating land to waqf.....minimum 5 years he shud be practising muslim to be eligible to donate the land..

other one, evadaina waqf board lo register /donate cheste...he has to take permission from rest of the owners even if women. intakmundu eventhough mogudu 100% own cheyakunna..or sibling sisters ki emi ivvakunda raskune varu lands to waqf board...this bill will not allow that. women Siblings kuda agree avvali to create that

The waqf bill will also propose that women must receive their rightful inheritance before waqf dedication, with special provisions for widows, divorced women, and orphans. “The creation of a waqf-alal-aulad shall not result in denial of inheritance rights of heirs, including women heirs, of the waqif or any other rights of persons with lawful claims,” read section 3A (2) of the bill.

“No one’s land will be declared Waqf Property forcefully anymore!”

He pointed out a significant amendment, stating, “The provision allowing any land to be arbitrarily declared as Waqf property has been removed.” He added, “This provision was misused to grab land, but not anymore!” underscoring the safeguards accorded by the Bill to the tribals.

I know these rules are going forward but ippati daaka waqf already kabza chesina bhoomulu kooda baaditulaku  tirigi ostaaya?
