I have lost a job recently and I have only 1 year of h1b time left so traveled to india. If any body has a contact or any employer or consultancy please dm me .I can pay for the filing expenses and come work for the employer by h1b recapture when the PERM expected approval time < 11 months. I don't think you can file perm being outside USA. I140 can be done but not perm @csrcsr DB immigration expert plz comment Quote

Consultancy owners now a days are not filing anything for their own cousins back in India. I highky doubt you'll find someone but good luck Quote
