He was coming from jammalamadugu after campaign and he got a call from the people from Viveka house , gangireddy and others and told him that he died due to heart attack and avinash called everyone to tell the same ,then they tried to mess up the crime scene and when avinash came and saw the dead body with injuries confirmed it wasn't a heart attack and reported it to police.

Get your facts right.. he was going somewhere from his home.. not coming from there.. 

one doubt is, if gangireddy killed Viveka at midnight, why did they wait till morning to clean up his body?

Why would anyone kill without gaining anything ?vaademanna serial killer a anadarni narukuntaa poyedaaniki ,Viveka himself helped avinash in campaign .
