just so you know, induction and regular electric cooktop are not the same. Induction is expensive than gas cooktops

We had Induction in rental house and now Gas in own home..Anyday Gas better for our Indian cooking

Gas is better for cooking. But it also releases harmful gases.

Our air purifier goes bright red when we turn on the stove.

Biden tried to get Gas stoves banned.

I switched over to an Invisacook Induction Cooktop a few months ago and it's been great so far — the best part is that the burners are hidden under the countertop, so you get extra space when you're not cooking. Heats up super fast too, way quicker than my old gas range, and cleanup's a breeze since there's no flame or grates collecting gunk.
