Thats wrong they are citizens of India and can live anywhere they want.

No need to start linguistic divisions. Hyderabad is a cosmopolitan city.

Making Telugu 3rd language and giving kids/parents  incentives for kids  to learn it as 3rd language should be a better way of doing it but making it compulsory is wrong
