look at this home anna.. so much price reduction .. close to 100K price reduction in the matter of months.

I already own home in Dawsonville anna.. I don't want others to suffer and burn themselves into this housing bubble in high inflated markets.  

People are getting financially suppressed in these conditions with high prices and high interest rates..

I was looking to buy there last year and they quoted around 700K.. I went up little further away and bought same size home for 450K.

You already own a home ? And yet you keep saying housing market is going to crash..Atlanta alone saw increase of 6.5 % rise in sale from last year. You been saying house prices will crash since 2022 and not correct time to buy..and you suddenly a homeowner now ? This is news

I never told anyone not to buy anna..

My posts are always directed towards people who are paying over inflated prices for homes. I noticed people paying ~7K mortgages per month just for show off.
