Dropbox in Hyd - Jan-28

29th Jan -  Received

Feb-07 - Approved

Feb-11- Refused

Feb-13 - Got email to pickup documents

Feb-14 went to collect documents, got passport back with 221g. Administrative processing, not much detail, just requires administrative processing

Feb-20 - my consultancy and client both got email about my employment. They responded same day.

Feb-26 - Status changed to Approved.

Mar-04 - status again changed to refused.

Mar -10 - got email to appear for finger prints on 13th Mar

Mar-13 - gave finger prints at hyd cons.

Mar-25 - Status changed to Approved.

After that no update

Stuck in India, no sleep for the past one month losing hopes, lost job also, client found my replacement

You should be receiving an email to submit the passport soon. But, I don't know your POE situation as your current project is ended.

My employer said there is another position and they can move introduce me to the client for a discussion if the visa gets approved and stamped. Meanwhile I'm getting calls and attended interview in Hyderabad for India position, but here every company 3 months notice

Sorry to hear your situation brother. Please try to be strong and positive. Elago India lo unnaru kabatti seek comfort from family, eeh situation lo it is stressful but at least family is close by.

221g unte final approval vachedhaka refused ane choopisthandhi. Nothing much to worry about. You will get another email to submit passport again. Just chill and take a tour in our AI city

Seems like some trainee game. Crossing. Checking updating to approved and validating details, going in loop. Hope it will be issued soon

That’s okay bro, keep in sync. You can abscond if required but future don’t apply for same company. Since ur client left u behind anything can happen right. I went even odd situation when in India. It’s all about time. Try ur luck with good package in India as well for safe game.

yes bro, I was asked to submit passport during finger prints, thats the only hope I have that things are ok now and they are good to stamp. I sent emails friday to consulate as a kind request for an update on my case, explaining the time line all. fingers crossed.

Meanwhile I've taken a job in Hyderabad with small time company so that if I get US position, I'll get 2 week to travel , will give them 2 week notice, pay the basic pay in lieu of serving notice and jump. friends said 15 days good enough to info them that you are leaving, that doesn't comes under absconding or violation.
