yeah. but what i dont get it is how they are taking traffic violations to terminate visas. they are not criminal offences kada. seems strange.

Yeah. Another shocking thing is that they are examining the original crime, not the outcome. For example, if a person was able to decrease the original crime to a lesser crime or even got the charges dismissed, they are still only looking at the original crime while deciding to terminate the SEVIS.
