It’s a federal crime to mislead a company. If that specific company presses charges, then they are screwed up for good. I heard people are already writing letters to local law enforcement and FBI about this issue.

Companies won’t report this to law enforcement agencies either. Because they are already implicated in this federal crime.
 

Hence, some whistleblowers will have to do this dirty work.

Agreed. Our scams are very minuscule when compared to theirs. But our diaspora likes to make things viral. Especially when it has anything to do with fellow paisans.
