University ni ala vadileyyadam better. Chetlu narikesina chota reforestation efforts uni choosukuntadhi. Revantham better develop his "future city".

at the same time 1600 acres for a university is too much, even IIT Hyderabad and NIT Warangal don't have that kind of land parcel. Better to plan a park in HCU land where people have access

Whats the purpose of universities? To educate? They are not wealth management institutes or Waqf boards? Why do they need thousands of acres?  University should retain the land which is under usage now and provide the govt about the future usage. Rest of the land should be returned to the govt.
