Both of them were formed lot later. Both of them have very little to do with HCU. HCUis far more into pure sciences and other two are more into engineering. 

HCU is even more holistic with Arts, humanities and social sciences as well. It's because of UNIVERISTY of Hyderabad  Tata institute of Fundamental Sciences (TIFR) was established in Hyderabad. HCU gave land to it.  HCU had already given land to Gachibowli stadium, IIIT -Hyderabad and ISB. 

This land grab for REAL ESTATE has to STOP.

I'm not ok with real estate as well, but if it's eco park i'm ok with it. At least people will have access to **

"As is" HCU is accessible to public. You can sign off the register at the entry gate and go in. 

How do you trust a wolf in sheep clothing. Just few days back Revantham was screaming that he will sell it off for  "DEVELOPMENT" and now he is changing tunes after courts stepped in. 

Even this appears as a ploy to grab the entire UNIVERISTY LAND in one go. I doubt it will go ahead per his plan.
