Actually China wanted to negotiate as their economy is in deflation.....Trump closed all channels for China.

He wants more.

He probably wants other countries like India and Taiwan  to take advantage of this situation and isolate China by delaying tariff negotiation.

Tariffs are an artificial interference in the market and are unlikely to be permanent. While there are widespread predictions of a recession and economic slowdown, I believe this wave of tariffs will mainly cause temporary disruptions in the supply chain—likely lasting no more than a year.

A lot of stuff is over valued and time to time it needs to be corrected and  this is the season of correction. Buy more, buy the dip…
