How market will bounce back?

Everyone is saying this is temporary. Similar situation was encountered during Covid etc. But unlike Covid we neither have quantitative easing nor zero interest rates now.
 

How can market replicate covid like come back now? 
 

Are there any other alternative scenarios for the market to bounce back in the near future? 
 

This question is about bounce back in near future. Not referring to long term scenario such as 2 years now. I know market will bounce back on the long term. This is specific to quick turn around in next few months etc.

It will be a month atleast to witness any progress on deals. But markets are routing hard. Trillions of dollars left the market already. If stock market loses investor confidence, then it will be a disaster.

the problem is not increase itself, it will become new norm even though rest of the things associated gets back to normal.
