yes Tejams have to hold until 30yrs to recoupe their losses. 
but tejams might have gotten less than 3% interest rate kada so may be they get relief there.

Already the inventory is at high and buyers are cautious

cream bisket anna.. I have been posting about this.. last 2 years consistent ga interest rates 6%-7% range lo maintain ayyayi.

the total amount borrowed will be high.. 

pussukkuna oka 100k reduction sales will impact when they attempt to refinance the home..
