How is the maintenance in case of septic system and well water? septic- you contract out the maintenance they take care, you don't have to call or do anything, they just come and empty it periodically. well water similar to borewell , but it depends on how knowledgeable you are in terms of the system that you have in place, also you need to have a back up generator and all of those sorts such as filtration, water softener like culligan system. its not easy but its not tough either. you should be handy yourself like knowing stuff and able to manage crisis in the event of power outage or such issues.
