Can you travel with expiring passport and new one?

You just need to carry both the passports, just passport expired and your visa is valid until it’s expiry date

Aadi bondha, you are good until Jan 2026, just make sure to apply for new passport and carry both. Are you planning to travel this year?

My H1b is valid until apr’26. But passport and visa expires Jan 1st ‘26. So planing to go in December and come back. Malli drop box veyali avani tala noppi.

If you have valid visa, you can travel with both old and new passport. At the immigration they will stamp VIOPP (visa in other passport)

U just need to carry new passport and old passport and show ur visa. I did the same … Are u planning to apply for a nee petition only after coming back in Jan ? Make sure u won’t be Travelling after u file new petition.
