Tatha end goal not clear. Simple toilet fix they asked me $500. And they will do stitches and iPhones.

That's a good thing. Pharma industry is already aware and ready for this from the COVID times. GSK divested it's state of art facility in Bengaluru to Hetero. Eli Lilly is bringing back two of its plants to the US. Merck is amping it's API production in the US. Amgen also amping up it's California facility. Novo Nordisk is going to come up with a new one in Maine. 

Now, Tatah will bring Swiss companies mfg. Plants to US as well.

What lows are you taking about? This will keep more money in the US.

But cost of medicines made in US will be unaffordable to many people. Not to forget the pollution from the pharmaceutical industry

Not necessarily. Generics are going stay cheap anyway due to multiple players in the market. Brand drugs have no bearing as they are patent protected already. Infact pollution is better controlled in the US due to stringent environmental concerns.
