now-a-days tipping has gone to bonkers that we as consumers expected to pay what employers don't pay.

Nowadays or olden days, I do not care. I tip what I feel like. If they serve me well, I will tip well. If not, dobbey ani edo raasta. adedo kukka padesinattu vachi padesi potaaru konni saarlu.

Anywhere you pay first and receive the goods/food later -- no tip necessary. Anywhere you eat first and pay later, tip necessary.

If you know that the waiters are not receiving the tips from owner, then probably tipping in cash is the best..alanti places lo only illegals ee pani chestaaru...legal work auth unnodu evvadu tips dobbese owner gadiki pani cheyyaru..
