Japan desperately needs cash as their yen value decreasing constantly over 4 months causing high inflation in their country. this tells you Japanese are not smart. they are only hard workers who doesn't know how to run country. at the end they will come back McKinsey consulting for advisory. 

Those who don't know Mckinsey is main advisery for even China leaders. they are even advisories to Saudi, UAE etc. many govts. lof ot political leaders are nissanis in economy strategies. they try to depend on beaurocrats who are also nissanis in strategies and stimulating plans. so political leaders ends up at McKinsey.
