his video is pretty popular…and i do agree…last decade was golden period with less interest rates and bull markets….its all uphill in the bell curve…

current decade is a downhill from the peak…people are foolishly waiting for interest rate cuts…but it eill take a while like atleast 3 years in my opinion…
