Problem is with the Judiciary. Only 28% conviction rates. Many cases keep getting delayed for even decades

Lets be practical. Noone would help.

I wouldn't. You wouldn't either. 

You will have to keep going to court and in some cases wrongly convicted as well.

After having experienced Indian judiciary(We were duped and had to file a case that ran for over a decade and ended up with a big loss), I would never get myself involved in anything that makes me go to a Police station or court.

I would help if its in US though

So far, police have arrested 12 of the 23 accused in the case. These men have been identified as Raj Vishwakarma, Sameer, Ayush, Sohail, Danish, Anmol, Sajid, Zahir, Imran, Jaib, Aman and Raj Khan, a news agency PTI reported.
