Work number operates under credit reporting reporting act. So, employers can access it to see the credit history of the applicant. Income statement is slightly tricky. Employees don't have direct access to it.

Do only if u really need money bro. Better to work on contract rather than 2 fte. Action gurinchhe evaro ceppaleru bro. Firing or suing or leaving a mark on ur profile is worse

if you are on H1 and your payroll is run by a consultant ,then ask him to give the money a big bonus every 6 months and dont run payroll for second job .Same if you are on OPT. If you are on H1  you should have a concurrent H1 on the second employer and you can not work more than 40 hrs both jobs together. You can manage and get away with out it,but when time comes for GC processing or H1 renewal USICS will verify the work status /W2 records and you will be in a soup
