After 2008 attacks, Indian security was ramped up as a National Strategy. Congress & BJP & every one else worked hard. Thats why even before Modi took control in 2014, the number of terr0rist attacks was reduced drastically after Nov, 2008. So ModiShah took this as an opportunity to rake up the old & dead issue for their own benefit. Quote
