Evaraina go through ayara ? What is the way out of this ?right  Butt area ki koncham above pain vastundi and i am a side way sleeper so may be that is aggravating it more ? Emaina stretches chesthe set avutunda ! Ikkada hospital ki velali ante bayam vestundi emi cheptharo ani

recent ga signature studios lo Neurologist Dr. Neeraja tho interview choosa. Aame emi cheppindi ante core body excersizes and stretches chesthe hip and back areas ki blood circulation baaga jarigi cure avuthundi ani annadi. follow this yoga trainer stretches

Yes its common

sleep valla kadu problem 

work posture and lack of exercise 

every day follow stretching for 1 hour it will fix in 2 weeks 

as a bonus goto doc so they give exact exercises and xray kuda teestaru

change your chair and invest in a good ergonomic chair if you are working from home a lot and see if it helps

I changed my chair and it helped a lot

poor bed which 'sinks' can also cause pain sometimes so check yours

True bro , mattress change cheyataniki ready avutunna , any suggestions on a good queen mattress which will help this  pain to reduce ?

go to a sports medicine doctor, check for any issues. emi lekunte they will suggest physical therapy. go to a few sessions and follow the routine they suggest. for a quick relief try having a pillow under your legs. if you are buying a bed get a adjustable frame that can do zero gravity.

if you have a habit of sleeping on one side, keep a pillow or folded towel between your knees.

Try yoga and stretching as other said but get it tested with a doctor bro.. some times situation could be worse and need to be treated… ikkada insurance gola vunte India vellinappudu choopinchuko
